If you can't do that, you'll have to all the customer service number for your carrier and ask them to activate the phone again. (This might cause your number to change)
wel 1 of 2 things could have happened.either the person who activated it didnt do it or it is taking longer to work.spmetimes it does take longer,if i were you i would call the place where you got it activated i had this problem myself once.
