As per our chat conversation today, please turn off the power switch at the back of the unit, plug and unplug it. Once you have done this, kindly try to the printer reset again. If you will reset the printer, you will lose all pending faxes, preset settings and speed dials etc. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the power from the device.
2. With the power disconnected, hold down the ''Stop'' button.
3. While holding down the ''Stop'' button, plug the power back and do not let go of the ''Stop'' button.
4. Once the display screen shows ''Australia'', you can then let go of the ''Stop'' button.
5. Then press the ''Start'' or ''Enter'' button. It will then say clearing memory.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
