That would be the control circuit board.
There is a YouTube video here showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
Then carefully detach the membrane keypad strip:
Some connectors have a lock.
The board will be held in place by screws. Be very careful when handling the boards, since the display is made of glass.
