You need to pair the two devices.
Make sure the cruiser is off, then push and hold the power button the Jabra for 8-10 seconds until it is in pairing mode. You need to continue holding the button after the device has powered on until you get there.
Once there, on BlackBerry go to Bluetooth settings and select search for a device. Select the Jabra Cruiser and put in the passkey - 0000. You have now paired the two devices!
Did you try going into "discoverable" mode in the headset? Please follow these steps and this should help you pair it with the iPhone.

Ensure that your Jabra headset is turned completely off. Press
the tap button on the headset until it ceases flashing and the light

the power button until the lit power indicator cycles past flashing
mode and becomes solid.
Release the power button.
Navigate through your cell phone "Settings" menu and ensure your "Bluetooth" or "Hands-free" section is set to the "On" or "Active" mode.
Elect to "Search for new devices" or "Find new devices" on your phone's Bluetooth or hands-free menu.
Place the Jabra headset close to your phone to ensure it can be discovered by your cell phone.

After doing the above, do the following:
e). Start the headset. Start with the headset powered off, and hold
the Call button for 10 seconds or so, until the light stays on.
(Initially, the light will flash a few times before getting steady.) If
the light is flashing, or if the light starts flashing anytime during
steps f) through g), the headset is not in pairing mode, and this step
(step e) must be repeated, again starting with headset powered off.
Select the Headset:
f.) Go back to phone, and select "[Look for Devices]." The phone starts searching for Bluetooth devices.
g). Once phone is finished searching, you get a list of one or more devices
under the heading "Scan Results." Select the headset.
h). The next screen will read "Bond With ..headset." Select "Yes."
i). The next screen will be "Enter Bluetooth Passkey." Enter
0000 and select "OK." A screen will confirm pairing and connection. When the pairing is complete, the light on the headset
