Can't Locate the 3 letter suffix for Magtag model number cwe9000

My Magtag oven Model cwe9000 needs new door hinges. I was told that I need the 3 letters that follow cwe9000 to order the correct parts. Where can I find these 3 letters on the stove? I previously ordered hinges for this model and they turned out to be too small. The parts store told me that I need the three letters to get the correct parts.
Hope someone can help,
Thanks,
Ed

Wether its under the maintop, perhaps on th elecg of the unit itself, or even on top corner on backside of unit, there should be a "identification plate, listing both model and serial number , and yes i just looked up with just teh few numbers you have, and there are a fewe types, its gotto be there somewhere

What replacement parts should I order to keep my Kenmore oven door from just dropping down when it is opened?

If the hinge is not broken "Check the Springs".
They sometimes come off at one end or can be broken.
There are 2 one on each hinge. They are strong so be VERY careful.
As I remember they have a color code according to how strong that are according to the weight of the oven door.
The surest way is to get the MODEL NUMBER from the tag on your oven. The parts store will be able to look up the proper replacement.
I may be able to tell you more with a model number for Identification, the oven is likely a Whirlpool Product made for Kenmore. Let me know if you are in New York City area.
Hope this helps.

The door to my Neff oven is not closing so heat is escaping from the top - please help

You need new hinges use linkhttp://www.neff-eshop.com/eshop/neff/gb/prodlg.htm?Maktx=b1644&eshoptype=A
click on the spares listing for your model (you will need the full Enr from the oven rating plate) and order the hinges (always replace as a pair). Hinges are on page 3 parts list in position 0319 and 0320 (these are not the parts numbers, you need to highlight these positions numbers on the breakdown from your specific model to get the correct part number (six digit part number) You may find that although the position number are different for the left and right the actual part numbers are the same. You can add the items to the basket and order directly from Neff.Hope this helps

Fisher and paykel oven door wont close, there is a gap at the top of the door. The seal seems to be intact. The door feels loose to the touch.

you need to either replace - or get the door hinges replaced, the spring in the hinges has weakened over time, if it is still in warranty, then they should replace them for free, if not, then take the model number to your local f&P dealer and buy new hinges. Remove the door and dismantle the door to gain access to the hinges, undo the 2 screws holding each hinge in place, clean the inside of the glas while apart, reassemble in reverse order.

Oven door falls open and will not close tight on my Jenn-air Single oven Model #SVE47100w

Hi,

The hinges and receivers would need to be replaced on this. The hinges are part number 71003351 you need 2, they go inside the door, so the door would need disassembled.

The receivers (hinge receptacles)are part number 71002206 you need 2 also, these go on the side of the oven. You will need to pull the oven out a few inches to gain access to these

Need to get the door off - model number B7425b1600E

To remove door: Open oven door fully open. On the hinge there is a small metal tag that swivels up and fits over a small hook on the hinge. Do this on both sides of hinge, then gently close oven door whilst lifting upwards- door will lift off. Reverse procedure to refit.

Oven door closure

I had the same problem, the door will come off by opening it partially and lifting it up off the hinge brackets. Be careful, because the brackets are spring loaded and will snap shut when the door is removed. You will find a hinge pin with a spring clip at the bottom of the hinge. It's likely that the spring clip has come off of one of the hinges and the pin fell out. You can find the drawings and part number(s) on the "partsdirect" website using your model number, and even order them there.
