You should have two (or more) RCA plugs on the back of the deck that will act as pre-amp outputs for subwoofer and speakers.
Failing that, your wiring harness should have come with a wiring diagram that will let you know which is the subwoofer output.
Failint THAT, the deck itself should have a wiring diagram on the bottom or side telling your which wire is which.

And if that fails, Your deck may not have a subwoofer output. Just attach your sub to the amp pre-out like everyone else.

To wire a DVC subwoofer, treat it (in the diagrams) as two seperate speakers, called coil one and coil two. This makes things easier.

To wire them up, wiring them in series would be safer, but if the amp is 2 ohm stable, put them in parallel. Look up dual voice coil wiring in google imagesfor more information and pictures.

First of all check impedence of the subwoofer and how many voice coils it is. Go to www.the12volt.com click on subwoofer wiring diagrams then you check the load that your amp is stable at. Then wire it that way. Easiest way is to print out the diagram then take it actually out to the sub and box for reference.
