I always start from the easiest point, which would be to check that the water is on (naturally) and if so, turn the water off, then take the hoses off the back to see if the filter screens on the back are clogged. You can remove these screens and clean them, then replace them, or get new ones if they are broken or badly clogged. If this isn't the case, you will need to replace the valves themselves. This involves taking the cabinet off, I have other posts that go thru this process, and replace the valves with a new or reconditioned one.

Water still in the bottom of the drum. Empty, clean filter and check pump is turning. Once pressure switch is satisfied no water is left it'll allow the door to open, assuming the door interlock is still ok.
