Question about Blenders
2 weeks ago I sent a letter on my computer to your company, I have not received a responce as yet. I am an 84 year old woman who has used this blender model #1037 for over 55 yrs. When is sparked and stopped I was heart broken-it was like losing a close friend. This machine was the greatest product I had purchased through our 62 years of marriage. I have never had to put one penny into it and it never failed to do a superior job. What to do?I decided to write to you, I'msure you are not producing them any longer in Wooster, Conn., the way mine was.-however, is it possible to have mine repaired?I used that blender everymonri ng to make my smoothie and I am in need of one now. There aren't many stores selling my machine(if there are anyat all) and at this stage of my life I really don't want to spend the high prices I see wherever I go. By the way, my husband bought it 55 years ago for my birthdat and I do believe he spent appros.$25.-itrs a different worldI know, but is there something yhou could suggest to help me out.I would really appreciate it if some one would get in touch with me and tell me if my b lender could be replaced. Your responce would be greatly appreciated. yours very truly. Mrs Donald Juceam-
What I would do is try to see if the manufactor is around yet, like maybe looking on the internet for them or if you have the paper work yet for it look for a phone number on it and see what they say,or maybe a repair man in your area knows what to do about it.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I didn't find any 3rd party sellers who had this part - even the manufacturer only lists the blender jar as a replaceable part, but I would call them anyways. I work for one of their competitors, and we often have substitute parts that are not listed on our website.
The phone number you need is:
available by phone Monday through Thursday 7:30am until 5pm and Friday 8:30am until 4pm C.S.T

That wonderful little stick is all you need, I sure love mine! Make sure your Mixing cup is larger than the one supplied and remember to pump up and down vigorously as you blend. Keep swirling the bottom to make sure everything got picked up and blended. You can also make powdered salt,(great for french fries) powdered sugar, Dried garlic can be made into your own freshest garlic powder (great for spaghetti and pizza). peanut butter, apple butter and Whipped cream. I also use mine to make a crazy Jello only treat that tastes like sherbet, ice cream and Jello just by blending Jello and Ice cubes. Then I chill right away after pouring it into small 3 inch glasses.
