try to reset it
To re-set the 2802, just do as follows:
1. Switch off at unit's main power switch.
2. Hold A & B buttons and turn power back on.
3. Check entire display is flashing at approx. 1 second intervals, release the 2 buttons, microprocessor is now initialized.

Its possible that the Receiver is going into protection mode and possible some speaker cable might have touched the body or with each other.
Remove all inputs and outputs and then restart the receiver. If it starts then you are lucky. Connect all cable and wiring properly and ensure that they do not touch each other. You might have to reset the microprocessor also.
If the problem persist then let me know to further the trobleshooting.
