Restart your laptop, Hit that Blue Button, and select Restore your system.

Here's the guide from the Lenovo website:

http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/detail.page?LegacyDocID=MIGR-70803

You'll be restarting at step 5.

It will take you about 2 hours to restore the system. Good Luck!

Hello there Sir,
If you are using a standalone Screen use the "Menu" button on the screen,
go trough the menus to find "reset to Factory settings" or "Recall factory settings" then it should be working fine. If there is color all over the screen (all blue or yellow) thre might be a bad connection with the cable moving it a litle might fix this.

Hope this helps

How to reset password on Sony Ereader. Daughter set it and forgot it. Unable to use. Thanks in advance, Tim

This is the only way if you can't remember the password.
Here's the procedure for resetting the device back to factory default:
Note: Performing this procedure will delete any content you have stored on the Reader.

1). With the reader off, using a paper clip or similar device, press in and hold the Reset button on the back of the unit for 5 - 10 seconds.
2). Release the reset button and power on the reader.
3). While the reader is booting, press and hold both the Volume Up and Mark Buttons. Continue holding until you see a screen asking you to confirm that you want to reset the device back to factory default (Press Button 5). Note: I had to hold down these buttons for about 60 seconds to get the confirmation screen. Also about half way through this process, you should see a blue light flash momentarily around the lower left Page button.
4). After you have confirmed you want to set the device back to factory default, the reader will turn off. Turn the unit back on and it will go through its initial start up which takes a minute or two.
Hope this helps, Thanks for using FixYa
