What does error code AOO mean on a Lifesource Model ua-767 Plus 30 mean

A00 (or AOO ?) - it's not error code, device just shows it have no historical measurement data (which is ok, if batteries were replaced). Sometimes A00 is followed by short attempt to pump air and shutdown, so it might be taken as error code. Replace all batteries with new ones and your device will work again.

Turn it over tap little black gauge above battery cover with fingers turn on, err 3 code normally resolved.

Clear memory from Lifesource digital blood pressure machine

To Clear the momory you need to remove the batteries and wiat a few minutes. Once you replace the batteries, when pressinr the M for memory, you should see "n 01" and no readings. The memory is cleared. If you see any other number or any readings you did not wait long enough. Try it again and wait a little longer before reinstalling the batteries. If it still did not clear then you have a problem with the unit and you should contact the manufacturer at (888) 726-9966 - 6AM to 4PM PST Monday - Friday.
