you have to defrost the freezer it will take almost a day byitself, but you can speed it up with a hair blower pointed inside the freezer toward the back at the bottom, unplug your fridge and hair blower on low you dont want to melt the styrofoam, put 2 bowls in you fridge top shelf towards the back to catch watr falling from the vents, when you see water come into the pan under the fridge your all set ,clean up water and plug fridge back in,its the drain hose is blocked with ice

Check that the hole at the back of the fridge is not blocked with gunge. There should be a drip tray at the rear with 2 slopes towards the hole where the condensation drains to. Some cabinets come with a little rod to clear the blockage. The rod may live in the hole alowing water to drain around it. Have a peek!

Sounds like the typical defrost condensate line is stopped up and every time your refrigerator goes into defrost instead of water following the drain tube to the pan below your refrigerator where warm air blows over the water and returns it back into the air inside your home. This is a common problem that happens. Sometimes just the refrigerator leaning to left or right will begin the problem. Other times the tube gets backed up because of slime an crud and begins slowing the drain flow down to the point it backs up and spills over into freezer or fresh food compartment. Every refrigerator is a little different so click here=> REPAIR OF LEAKING REFRIGERATORS and scroll down to near bottom of page. Read and watch the You Tube movie clip and other material and if you have more questions ask. You may need to remove the rear panel in back of the freezer compartment or if your brand has dual evaporators you may need to go into the rear of the fresh food compartment. Not every Samsung has dual evaporators. here is your Service Manual=> RS265LA It does appear that you have two evaporators on your model. Look this may take a wet and dry vacuum and Clorox with warm water and once the drain is cleared you will not need to do this often. On page 17 is a view of the two evaporators. Watch the movie at the link above and it will be so much easier. Contact me if you run into problems.
