Question about Maytag Legacy Series Top Load Washer
I need to get to the motor coupling on a Maytag Legacy series washer, but for the life of me I can't get the cabinet off. All the instructions I have tell me to remove the front panel, but it's all one piece.

very possible if squeaks in agitation top springs that hold tub needs greased under spring & plastic shield under spring. had same problem on big front loaders whirlpool

Tub bearings and seal have failed. My SAV405DAWW just started with the loud grinding and I am now in the process of finding out if I can fix it myself. Kurt

Lint is in majority flushed out in drain cycle. make aire the tissue and match books aren't in any pockets. the lint is then deied and separated in the drier , Well so I was told . good luck
