In CMOS setup look for an option to reset the CMOS values to the default setting or an option to load the fail-safe defaults. With many CMOS setup screens there will be a function key to do this; for example, the F5, F6, F9, F11, or F12 key like shown in the picture to the right. Other setups may actually list an option that you can arrow over to using the arrow keys and press Enter.
When found and selected you'll likely be asked if you're sure you wish to load the defaults press Y for yes or arrow to the yes option.
Once the default values have been set make sure to Save and Exit and not just exit.
There is a recovery console on your HDD (Hard Disk Drive) this is a hidden partition on your HDD. If you power on your laptop and hold the ALT key and keep tapping the F10 key while it posts to the acer logo screen it will goto a black screen with a flashing cursor on the top left then stop tapping F10 and remove your finger from the ALT key, you will then see windows loading files. This will take you to the recovery console and from there you can select restore laptop to factory defaults or restore laptop retaining user data.

The WPA key can be found your router's setup page or configuration page (under wireless settings).
If you do not know how to access your router's setup page I would suggest contact your router's manufacturer to assist you on getting the WPA key. If you are connecting to other peoples wireless network then I'm afraid that is not possible unless you can ask them to provide you the key.
You can also go to www.portforward.com, to know on how to access router's setup page for different brand and model.
Your WEP key is the key for your wireless (wifi) router. You will need to check the settings of your specific router in order to access the WEP key settings. Your computers on the wireless network have the WEP key too, but it is like a password and cannot be read from the computers, it is only found on the router setup/settings.
