Question about Samsung Galaxy Y Gt-s5360 - Black unlocked Smartphone
My phone is locked with vodafone but i would like to unlock it so i can use 02
You can't get free unlock code for your mobile. Because of you have a latest model mobile phone. Paid unlock code is better than free unlock code.To get the unlock code visit this site SimpleUnlocking.com .Here you submit your country name, IMEI number of your phone and network provider to which it is locked. Then they deliver unlock code for your mobile at affordable cost. Then you can use any other network as you like.

Hi, I have a couple of idea for you to try.
1) Log in to your google account on your pc, the same account you registered for your phone
2) After logging in look at the top right corner of your inbox/email page, it would say your google username. Like say if you name is John, and you have a google id thats registered to your galaxy s as , email@example.com. Now this google id on the top right corner of the page would be displayed as firstname.lastname@example.org
3) Type in the google id, thats visible on the right hand top corner of your page (like email@example.com) into your galaxy s handset locked page, and type in the password.
TADA AND YOUR ON TO THE NEW SCREEN TELLING YOU TO PUT IN ANOTHER PATTERN.
or theres this one:
Take out the battery, the sim card, and the SD card leave the phone for 2 to 3 hours like that.. Put everything back in and boot up the phone.. This should work.
You could try this instead of waiting 3 hours, just remove battery and press power on switch for 20 seconds but this may not work.
or if you've tried everything, the only other way would be to take it to a Samsung mobile phone shop.
or do a factory reset:
THIS WILL ERASE ALL YOUR DATA THOUGH
Go into recovery mode - vol up & home & power. Once in the menu, select factory reset. It may take you a couple of attempts to get to the recovery mode but it does work, just keep trying.

The code is not suposed to be typed into a enter code box. It should be typed as a phone number would be typed. if you turn your phone on you should be able to type 911. then erase the 911 and type the code there.

You can unlock it by flashing your mobile if your mobile is a CDMA mobile...
The procedure for flashing your mobile is in the link below
It has an video explanation.
If yourmobile is not an CDMA mobile , you can get the network unlock code(NCK) byjust contacting the current network provider customer caredepartment. It is free of cost.
The restriction code can be got from your old service provider..Thisrestriction code is kept to prevent someone who stole the mobile fromusing it with another provider...
They will have a security check done with your date of birth etc..to verify whether you are the exact owner of the phone..
After that they will provide you the restriction code to unlock it and use it with another service provider..(vodafone)..
It is all free of cost donot pay anyone for this seeing some advertisement over internet . That is all fake ads.
