See the video and lube deck belt+rollers bearing too.
If the problem persist, time to replace the old board deck belt by new ones.
God bless you

How do I adjust the belt on my TX40sportcraft threadmill

Set the speed on the treadmill at 2 MPH, If the
walking belt has shifted to the left, use the hex
key to turn the left idler roller screw located on rear
of walking deck clockwise 1/4 of a turn; if the walking
belt has shifted to the right, turn the left idler roller
screw clockwise 1/4 of a turn. Be careful not to
overtighten the walking belt. Always wait to see if the
belt moves as your turning the screws. Take your time
in adjusting belt.

I have different issues with threadmill

Sounds to me like the motor has a shorted field coil or open or shorted armature. The motor is bad, you can order a new one at the companies website.

Electricity going to my threadmil but the walking part wont move

1) You need LUBE inmediately the deck belt, probably you have a deck worn, to due the lack of maintenance properly. The machine shut down, to protect the electronic system, for enough friction between deck belt vs deck.
2) LUBE the rollers bearings too.
3) Measure the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair.
4) measure the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.
see the block d.
God bless you

My York t302 threadmill motor starts to keep strange noise after some running. Motor has been changed once as well as whole threadmill. So this is my third motor and problem still exist. Here is the...

i just had a noise in my York T301 that sounds exactly the same as yours. It also came up with a E1 error code and stopped working. I pulled the motor hood off and noticed that the magnet in the drive pully had come dislodged. It was hitting the speed sensor near the belt. Glued magnet back in and all better. Hope this helps.

Hotpoint dryer was moved, now only clicks, won't start

Rough handling may have the drum belt to get binded. Try turning the drum by hand to see if it turns free or is locked. This may align the belt to the motor or may just take off the belt altogether from the motor. You will have to get inside access to see whats up. Once inside realign the belt to the motor and pulley assembly. Then CHECK ALSO that no wire connections inside came apart during moving. Good luck
