Question about HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
It doesnt show anything and in my computer appears just like desconected and is not working i already see the cables and power everything is just fine less, is not working and i already turn it of for 10 seconds and turn it on again and it makes a sheet for best quality, but it seems like my computer doesnt recognize it
what could it be?
Sounds like you haven't installed the driver for the printer. Click this link http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=374568&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us and then choose your operating system, download the basic software and driver. Run the install and the reboot your computer. That should do the trick.
