How you paid for the purchase is the ones you go back to and
tell them you didn't recieve what you purchased and they will tell
you what to do.

Need to report the problem to PayPal and they will freeze the money from the transaction and investigate it based on the facts you give them and assertain the facts from the seller and then give you a resolution. Sounds like they should recover your money or make the seller ship the product. I've had this happen a couple of times on PayPal and they're great to work with. It just takes a couple of days to resolve it as sometimes they can't contact the Seller immediately.

it happen to me also on my epassporte account a website charge me of $29.99 and it was suppose to continue to charge me monthly cause the purchase said it was a monthly membership to there site.what i did was contact epassporte tell them my concern told them that i did not make any transaction of any kind and demanded a rebate what they did was send me a form to my email where i can write what happen and fill up some information also. scan it and send it back to them and in 15 days i got my rebate and my so called purchased was cancelled.

so what im suggesting you to do is to do the same , contact them and tell them that you did not made that purchase and usually more often than not they will honor your request.

First, I want to know where you have purchased this item? Is this an online shopping site? If yes, then the best thing that you can do is to contact your seller. I believe that an open and honest communication will briong out the best in you. You may also contact the reolution centre of the online shopping site to know what further steps you can take to resolve this or have your funds refunded.
Next, you may also want to contact PayPal and ask if they offer buyer protection program.
Lastly, you may contact law enforcement to have this seller reported.
Hope I was able to cover everything to resolve your concern.

SOURCE: I have been charged TWICE

Never EVER put credit card information in an open post like this. You need to contact PayPal and the company you purchased the item from in order to get this resolved. As an additional safety precaution I would cancel the card you put in the post and ask that a new number be issued because as of now you are totally un-secure and anyone could be using your information.

Sounds like an app has been purchased. The price looks like it may be an album. You can go to your account and look at the store. It may have information on the recently placed orders. Also, make sure that you keep your account safe on phone and on computer. Apps/Music can be purchased on your phone as well.

How to create a new account for my son

In settings go to icloud or the iTunes & apps section. Sign out of your account then click create new account. You will need to have a cc on file. I did it that way for my daughter using my cc. Just keep in mind that he will be able to purchase items from iTunes and the App Store from your cc. If you prefer him to not charge items to your card buy an iTunes gift card, then add it to his account. You\'ll still have to omit or purchases to see when the gift card amount is used up.

Have not received two items I have paid for

Go to your paypal account and log in. Run a search for payments and locate each purchase that you made which has not been received. Open the transaction. click on the link to report the item as not received and open a case for each one. Paypal will handle the rest for you.

you can contact ebay on the hompage on the left hand side you will see a contact us tab click that another page will open with answer centre also eBay explained and security centre click on security tab another page will open on the left hand side you will see live help click that you might have to wait for someone to become available or you can talk to an automated voice explain in detail your problem with the live help you should get the appropriate help
if you paid using paypal
log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim
