If you have a finisher on that unit ,that code is upper limit switch problem. Check to make sure your upper tray is in the right position. Otherwise your either your tab is broken or your led is popped.

The E7 can not be "turned off". This error usually indicates a bad laser unit or "shading" problems. You could try cleaning all the glass/mirror components including the white shading strip under the glass - it may help.
Probably need a new laser.

F1-00 is a communication error between the copier and the finisher. It could be a loose connection (wire that connects finisher to copier) or it could be worse like a failed board. It could be the finisher board or the PCU board on the copier.
Make sure the finisher cord is firmly connected to the copier.
Make sure the copier is not plugged into the same wall outlet as another piece of equipment that might be drawing excessive power. do not plug into a cheap surge protector with other items.
If problem persists call a tech.
Hope this helps
