Hi, I've just answered a similar question for a Bosch!
You will need to take the drawer out, As you do so there will be a 'catch' of some sorts that you will need to release. On a number of machines it is at the rear top, middle- you have to press this plastic down. On others you simply pull the drawer upwards to clear the underside. On some others the catch is on the underside.
You will find that the conditioner/softener tray is not like the pre-wash and wash ones as it will probably have a tube/pipe sticking up. This is down which the fluid is flushed/siphoned and must be COMPLETELY clear. You will probably discover that it is blocked with a mix of powder and fluid.
