I recently suscribe myself to IncrdiMail, but unfortuantely I can't send or recivie mesages through Incredible Mail.
Their support team tried to help me without sucess. They advised me to ask my e-mail Server provider (Yahoo) for POP3 & SMTP
MAIL SERVERS; for the PORT numbers for POP3 & SMTP mail servers, and if I need to use SSL.
Could you please help me ? I'm not an expert in computers. I just use my computer for the basic services, but I would like to have
also Incredible Mail.
Do you have a firewall set up? It should already be done for you, but you need ports 25 (smtp) to send and port 110 (pop3) to receive emails, it may be that your email service needs to open these ports or supply you with the ports that they are using, although I vannot see why they would have changed them.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

I had this same issue and found your question. Well I figured it out. Go into either the web interface or the menu system and set SMTP/POP to OFF. The e-mail will error out within 10 minutes. Then turn the SMTP/POP feature back on.
In the web interface,
Tick POP3/SMTP to OFF
Let the send error out within 10 minutes.
Tick POP3/SMTP back to ON.
