Question about ASUS Computer International K53e B1 Notebook 156 Inch Led Display Webcam Bluetooth Dvd Writer (ASNK53EB1
I have a problem. When I tried to install bluetooth driver from the ASUS's original site, my system crashed and restarted. When I started Windows, my computer was slow as hell. I have an ASUS Notebook k53e. OS Windows 7, and I really need your help. Thanks a lot.
The best thing to do would be to use "system restore" to roll your computer back to a stage before the new driver was installed if you feel you need to revert the changes you have made.
Here is a guide on how to use system restore: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/ht/system-restore-windows-7.htm
Using that guide as reference, open up system restore and select a restore point that is tagged with a date prior to that when you installed the offending driver. System restore should then automatically make the required changes to your system and reboot. Any changes you made after the date you selected will now be reversed. Do not fear losing documents or other items you may have edited or created after that date as system restore does not affect such items. Only system settings and system files like drivers.
You may not have system restore enabled. If that is the case try opening control panel, then under the heading "programs" select the link "uninstall a program". This will open a list of software installed on your machine. In there you will hopefully find the drivers you installed. Select them and at the top of the window you should have the option to select "uninstall". Do this to remove the drivers.
If neither of these things work for you the next method would be to open device manager. To do this press the "windows + R" to open the "run" box. Type into the box "devmgmt.msc" (without quotes). This will open the device manager. In device manager you will see a list of devices in your machine. Navigate to the device with the dodgy driver, right click on the device in the list and from the context menu that appears select "uninstall".
Once you have tried any of these solutions you will need to restart your machine to see whether they have worked.
I hope this helps.

You can try cleaning the eye of the drive with a cotton swab and alcohol gently a few times and see if it starts reading the discs.Clean it gently in circular motions 2 or 3 times. If that doesn't work the drive may need to be replaced.

What I could recon from your question is that
your Bluetooth driver is not installed in your PC7.
Please be informed that
any Driver software depends upon the hardware make and Operating System. So, you
need to know all these information's to do get going.
Please find the Driver software's of your Bluetooth inside the installation disk provided with the System at the time of purchase. In case if you do not posses the same then you need to download the driver software from the web. As you have not mentioned your PC Model No. and Operating System you are using, I am unable to give you the direct download link. However you can download the same by visiting the website of the company that manufactured the PC(Lenovo).
Even here you need to be careful to download the
correct software for your PC. You need to be exact with the Webcam Model number
and the OS that you are using.
After you have downloaded the driver, Double click on the driver setup.exe file and go on clicking 'Next' until you get the 'Finish' option and restart the PC.
