Having trouble down loading musia to my mp3 audio player
I am also very upset that when I called tech I was put on hold for first 7min then disconnected then I called back but on hold for 11 minutes and recording says I was tenth in line, waited the ll min and then was told to call back later then disconneted. please help me I an an older
adult and not very good at this.

Plug in your MP3 player. Open MY COMPUTER, your MP3 player will show up in the scroll on the left side of the screen. Go into your documents to select an image and simply drag and drop ontop of the folder called ALBUMS under the GPX. This will put images into an album on the player.
To See the images once on your MP3 player,
1. Turn on the MP3
2. Hold MODE BUTTON
3. press up or down until you select PICTURE
Your images will appear as a list.
I find that .gif images and .jpg images work the best.
It sounds like your mp3 player has whats known in the tech world as a lot of bloatware or crapware, as we geeks call it. Its extra software that companies put into tech gizmo's to sell their software. I usually try to remove the bloatware by deleting it from my gaget.
If you just bought it, By all means return it! Otherwise call sansa tech support. The're rather good for tech suppport people. If you bought an extended warranty, the place you bought it from should replace/repair it and you troubles will be over!
-Turn it OFF -Put it in the HOLD position -HOLD the center button IN while plugging into USB port, continue to hold for 5 to 7 sec even after plugged in. At this point MY COMPUTER recognized it. And it worked.
He also had me to:
- go to WWW.MICROSOFT.COM - In the upper right hand search bar, type in MTP PORTING KIT I did this and downloaded the first one. Now my Sansa Clip work perfect. I wish I would have talked to him last week before I returned the last one, for the same reasons.
If this does not help call the 1-800 # , opt #4, and ask for GUY (yes that is really his name) out of 5 or so calls to Tech Support he is the only one who knew what he was doing, and how to actually HELP. GOOD LUCK
I had the same exact problem too. Hold the botton down for at least thirty seconds. After press the botton as if you were turning it on. If it does it worl try it a couple of times. That's to me too and I was upset. I hope this helps.
Has to be Windows XP for either USB Mode but im not sure whether u can connect it to other computers under different versions of Windows or not and I know Apple computers dont work at all with the Sansa E200 series. Also connect ur Sansa to the rear USB inputs instead of the front inputs. Something that has to do with power distribution if none of these call their tech support they were very helpful with my issue.
