Thanks for your request, you do not specify exactly what the problem is, I am assuming it a problem with the filling cycle.
Turn off the water to the washer, remove hoses and check and clean the wire mesh filters in the valves, before reconnecting hoses, check the water pressure, reconnect and test, if you are still having a problem with it filling, then you may have to fit a new valve.
They are straight forward to fit.
To order a new valve, go on line to Kenmore washers.
I cannot give any more info as to where they are, as I am in the u/k, and we do not have Kenmore washers here.
Hope this helps you .
Plz rate my suggestions, and leave comment if need be.
Thanks.

Silt, sand, something from deep water well has migrated past exterior washer hose screens into washing machine. Older Kenmore HD Series 70 top loading washer. How to fix?

probable but unlikely
the control valve for the water ( hot or cold ) has a diaphragm in the main flow with a small hole in it to act like a pressure regulator
so when the solenoid shuts off the water , water flows through that small hole and locks the diaphragm firmly on the seat
I suggest that the low flow is because that diaphragm has been compromised and is not opening correctly for full water flow
take it apart and clean it out or replace it

Only a trickle of cold water coming into washing machine

If there is no other restriction, the water should flow freely from the hose into a bucket as a test. If good, then it must be a restriction in the solenoid valve. Some can be disassembled and cleaned but the valve assembly is not expensive to replace.

Series 70 fills wit water stops then makes a slight buzzing sound

The electric motor my have failed or a part called a capacitor could be the problem? The capacitor is part of the starting circuit of the electric motor, if this fails the motor will not start therefore the washing machine won't spin or agitate.

Kenmore 70 Series will not load hot water

It sounds like need to make some voltage checks on this job. When you set the fill cycle to hot & start the machine do you hear the valve buzz? If you do then the valve is causing the problem.

Cold water trickle hot water runs good

turn off water valves at wall, disconnect the supply hoses from the washer. where the hoses connect to the washer, there is usually a stainless steel screen/strainer inline on both the hot and cold inlet. corrosion on the cold side is pretty common. Menards, Lowes Home Depot stores sell the replacment screeens.

Kenmore Series 70 washing machine whines and low flow on cold H2O

Yeah you need to replace the water valve. To get to it you need to remove the cabinet on the newer direct drive models, If yours has a rear access panel then you simply pop the top to get to the valve after removing the hoses. Fairly simple job. Here is a good website for direct drive coupling replacement . It shows you how to open the cabinet. http://repair2000.com/coupling.html
GVI 151 is the generic part that fix all belt drive models. Direct drive will need its own little water valve buy hay it ain't but 20 bucks.
For a better explanation post you model number in the comment box and I will research it further for you amigo.

Kenmore 80 series model #110.26882503 fills slowly

Yes, the only other thing I would do and you may have done this is to put the hose directly over in the washer tub and turn the water on to check the flow. If that's good then replace the water valve.
