SOURCE: Rubber Gasket Torn

IT IS EASY :
1- IF YOU SUCCEED TO TAKE OLD gasket YOU CAN DO IT FOR THE NEW ONE
2- IT IS JUST A RUBER PEICE SO YOU CAN
3- LIKE YOU SAID a {spring securing OR CLAMP } USING A SMALL TOOL {SCREWDRIVER OR BLAYER } TO DISCONNECT THIS SECURING PIECE IN FRONT THEN
4- FLAP THE RUBBER TO INSIDE THE DRUM THEN
5- THERE IS ANOTHER SECURING PIECE HOLD THIS RUBBER WITH DRUM INSERT YOUR TOOL AND DISENGAGE THEN
6- NOTICE THE TRIANGLE IN THE RUBBER PIECE
IT IS THE MARK TO CONNECT AGAIN IN RIGHT WAY OR YOU CAN MARK BY A PEN

SOURCE: How to replace door gasket on LG WM0642HW Washer?

I also had a door gasket tear that caused water to spit out all over the floor so I had to replace it. It's a fairly simple job in theory, you can even find LG repair manuals online. The front panel comes off easy and removing the spring and wire clamps from the gasket is fairly simple. Getting the gasket back on is a different story. Seating the gasket is a bit tricky but I found that some lubrication helped greatly. Don't use oil based lube though because it could soften the gasket. I opted for a water based lube in the form of KY jelly (***insert crude joke here***) The drum side wire clamp was a bit of a challenge. My model had a hook on one end of the wire so that it came apart when removed. I think this made it much easier. Some models don't have the hook so you would need a tool that could stretch the spring. Something like a reverse pliers. Even with the hook, it was tricky. I found that jamming something around the gasket to hold the wire in place was helpful. I ended up using some vice-grips and needle nose pliers and all the strength I had to get it hooked. In fact, to sum up, the secret is to get enough force to stretch the spring. Once you figure out how to do that it's easy.

SOURCE: How do I replace my door boot seal/door gasket on

There are 2 springs attaching the door boot. The springs are really tough but there are 2 separat tools for each spring. Use the tools to remove & install. It's tough but can be done.

Petrol leaking from where hose joins tank

First, make sure the fuel line itself isn't cracked/torn from age.

Then check if the leak is actually where the hose meets the petcock (fuel shutoff), as if the hose clamp is loose.

Finally, if it's coming from where the petcock meets the tank, it's sealing washer (o-ring, gasket, etc) needs replacing.

It leaks from the door how do i fix it? and is it expensive to fix?

The door gasket is most likely torn causing the leak. It costs about $110 plus labor if you are not handy enough to do the replacement. Indicate the exact model number of the washer for the exact replacement part number and detailed procedure on how to replace the door gasket.

Whirlpool Front Loading Door leaking water

The most common cause for a front loading washer to leak from the front door is a torn or detached gasket where that gasket attached to the machine.
Open the door and begin to pull the gasket away from the opening. Look for any problems. If you find a place where the gasket is not firmly secured to the opening, you can list that area up and glue (even with super glue) the gasket back down to the metal opening.
If you find gasket damage, it will need to be replaced.

My front loading Kenmore H2 has a torn gasket.

You will have to take the door apart to get the gasket mounted properly. Although not required, a second pair of hands really helps.
