SOURCE: Spot metering on the Epson 3000z

The spot meter area is small because I have photographed 2 people side by side many times, focused on ones chest then found that the "spot" had slipped into the little space between them, the bad focus not really showing up when I checked the LCD. (My eyes are old and so are my glasses.) Got home and found useless pictures. Sometimes I was outdoors in the sun and couldnt check the LCD. Some of the threads say the focus spot is "off center" with no acccurate way of finding it when using the viewfinder. I take some beautiful, wonderful pictures but these errors really tear me up. I've got to get the LCD box viewer with the 2x lens viewer I guess. All those years as a 35mm Canon F1 user I would long for a spot meter almost daily. Now I see that a matrix meter AND a spot is the real choice. I hope eventually to learn to outwit my 3000Z because it does give me such excellent pictures. Sometimes there is noise on a face, sometimes it is the focus and at functions it is so embarassing to ask a principal subject to wait because the *** or ***H procedures take so long. A wedding, other than the reception, would be near impossible in *** or higher. Good Luck, Dav.

SOURCE: conversion of 1900 sq. foot to square meters

Hi,

An area of 1,900 square feet is equal to 176.52 square meters since there are 10.7639104 square feet in 1 square meter based on 3.2808 feet in 1 meter.

Alternately, there are online converters for most measurements.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

SOURCE: I have a Rascal 600f scooter that seems 2 work

It is pretty common for the meters on the charger to either not work at all, or give an inaccurate reading. They get bounced and dropped, and they aren't that well built to begin with. Basically, just ignore the charger as long as you are getting a full charge out of it, and getting good distance with each charge.

SOURCE: Gas meter isn't working

The gas tanks sending unit is bad, replace it, you may be able to gain access to it through a panel in the trunk or under the back seat.

You need to order mulch for a 25 cubic foot flower bed area. The mulch can only be ordered in cubic yards. How much mulch should you order?

Wait wait.

Do you mean a 25 SQUARE foot flower bed. You do say flower bed "area".

If so the answer is different. 1 cubic yard is 27 cubic feet. So, just one cubic yard will cover 27 SQUARE feet to a depth of 1 foot. (27 x 1 = 27).

I'd say on that basis you need 1/2 cubic yard. The wisdom I've seen says to cover soil with about 4" of mulch.

Area of 8'x6'x4" into cubic metres

By your above measurements:
2.67 yds long 2.0 yds qide .11 yds thick for .59 total cubic yds or
2.44 meters long 1.83 meters wide .1 meters thick for total cubic meters of .45 this is reasonable considering the meter is longer than the yard so the total meter would be less..
