Question about Apple iPod shuffle Second Gen. Silver (1 GB) MP3 Player (MA564LL/A)
I just got an ipod shuffle for christmas. i successfully downloaded songs on it and can listen to them on the computer. the problem is, when i plug it in the the usb it blinks orange. i take it off the charger and try to listen through the headphones and...nothing! how do i get it to charge and be able to listen to it?
Make sure that you plug your ipod into a high power usb port. Also some computers won't charge it if the comp is in sleep mode.Try using the usb on the back of the tower. The indicator light will be a steady green if it is charged. Also make sure you haven't disabled the ipods buttons.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
