I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET ON SMILEBOX FOR 3 DAYS...WHY ?

I have been on Smilebox since it started...I have never had a problem getting on/ or staying on it...the past 3 days I have problems getting on & if I get on, it goes off & says Not Responding.... Ive reported this 3 times & have had no answers from Smilebox Please fix this problem...Thank You, Joan Voce jv02@comcast.net

You will need to contact Smilebox directly. There is a bit of information availble on their website about canceling. It sounds like you may have been enrolled in their Club Smilebox Subscription plan.

SOURCE: I have Safari on my Apple iMac OS X. I used Smilebox to create some invitations last year. Now when I try to use the site it says that Smilebox 'is not a registered protocol'. Same problem

How do I get an account, i did all the steps saved, previewed filled out my email and password and it keeps coming up error 7759 how do i bypass this to get my project started, please help, I love your concepts and am looking forward to sharing.

Smilebox DVD will not play in DVD player


We are sorry, but a DVD burned on a computer will not play on every DVD player.

We would suggest that you try a different DVD player.

If this is from installing SmileBox from Hallmark.com, here's how I fixed my error 7759...

  1. Uninstall SmileBox and Restart Windows [I have Win7 64-bit Home Premium].
  2. Clean the Windows Registry [I used Norton Security Suite 4.4] and Restart Windows.
  3. Go to SmileBox.com to directly download and install THEIR version, then Restart Windows.
My SmileBox started working without errors after the above fix, but I wasn't able to use Hallmark.com's "Personalize in Smilebox" link. This was more of an inconvenience than a real problem for me, because I was able to launch my SmileBox app and personalize the same ecard -- which now got pulled directly from SmileBox.com.
