Cannot access info for Logitech LX8 as the brochure says I should
I have purchased a new Cordless Laser Mouse (Logitech LX8). The directions say to download information by entering www.logitech.com/downloads. Entering this information does not bring up any way to request Logitech LX8 Cordless Mouse.

When you pllugged in the receiver, did you push the little button on it? Once you did that, did you turn the mouse over and push the little "connect" button? I'm assuming, of course, that you put new batteries in it! Also, I'm assuming that the USB port is working. You could always go into the device manager and see if the device shows up. If it does, delete it and try to connect it again. If all that fails, you have a dead mouse.
I followed the manufacturers instructions and made sure I did each step as per installation leaflet. Following the instrustions is always a good idea ! Sure the mammy told me that 50+ years ago.. . . but was I listening.B.W
