a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: can't boot past post screen
Is this a brand new laptop? If so it appears windows has crashed and you will need to use the recovery CD/DVD. I would take it back if it's new as that should not have happened so quickly with a new computer. If it is used and you don't have a recovery disk then it gets a little more difficult. You will
need to get a windows system disk or install disk and boot up with this
in the laptop to load windows whatever into your hard drive and set
your laptop up to run on the new drive. Here is Microsoft's tutorial
on how to install and set up
Hope this helps you.

SOURCE: I have a dell 1545
First of all hold the power button down for about 4 seconds for a hard shutdown. When the computer is off unplug it and take out the battery. Now hold the power button down for at least 30 seconds. After that plug it back in but leave the battery out and start it up. If it powers up fine go ahead and put the battery back in. Due to your oringinal problem I suspect you also are infected with a virus. Download Malwarebytes free anti malware program from HERE. Install the program, update it, and run a full scan.

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect your hard drive boot up
test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions SATA
the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty ?
even something as small as an electrical extension or a faulty fan lead can cause this problem computer needs all of the data and power to travel through every working device and to have an end for a computer to be able work properly:
a motherboard and a hard drive any leads between them will fail before your motherboard or your hard drive check all electrical extensions make sure they are securely seated even the cd/dvd drives need to have current go through make sure these devices are working
could be a dirty graphics card you might have remove the graphics card and clean the socket
also check your computer ram and cmos battery to make sure they are securely seated and the battery has plenty of charge:
hope this helps you
