my computer saya that it will clean up all filesand then it shuts offand when i restart it the computer says that it recovered from an unexpected shutdown

it could be a device recognition issue. do you get ant error before it shuts down?

try formatting or hard reset the MP3 Player & try to plug it. if it's still the same scan the PC for any virus (update it first). also i would suggest that you see the possibility of pluging the MP3 player on to another pC to see if its the same. if its the same issue, you have a issue with you MP3
