Question about RCA RP5010 Digital Voice Recorder
I need to save a Voice File to a CD so that someone else can open it. Is there a way to convert a voc file to something that can work on Windows Media player?
I just made a .way copy and saved that to my desktop. Then I burned it on a CD. That format plays on Windows Media player. The .voc file and .exe file would not play on Windows Media.
