Question about GE 28112 Trio Cordless Phone
One by one phones have been no longer working tryed switching batteries makes no difference. The phone lines are fine as we have plugged in other brands to test. Will not charge at all just dead. Just bought phones around December phones started not working within 2 months 2 out of 4 not working then 3rd recently last couple of months. Help we have only one phone left. we purchased from home depot but no longer have receipt.
This does not sound good. If you have one working phone and you have swapped batteries around and still the same single phone works.... you know it's not the base unit, charger stands, power supplies or batteries. You have eliminated everything but the phone itself. Unfortunatley these low end cordless phones cannot be expected to last. 6 months is pretty bad but I'm not surprized. These sell for $30 each new and I bet a replacement battery is $20.
