Question about Insignia Bluetooth Wireless Headphones with USB Bluetooth Adapter
The blue light stays onand cannot get headphones to pick up signal. Light does not flash
I had the same problem earlier. Try resetting the headset. Just plug it in to the charger, and press both volume buttons at the same time. It will turn off immediately. Wait a bit before turning it back on.

I had the problem too where the headset would not turn on, I also pressed both the volume buttons at the same time and it came on when I pressed the power button. I do not know what locked them up to start with, but I am glad I checked here before I took them back!
