SOURCE: no power
fist make sure that the pwr selector is on the right setting. if that does not work look for the capacitors on the inside. if any have blown that could be your problem. if not im really hope that you did not touch anything on the inside while not grounded. with all the dust and movement you cold easly shock the circuits and fry the pc.
Try another pwr supply if nothing else works.

when you replaced the motherboard did you remember to plug the power supply into the 4-pin square connector [to the left hand side of the propcessor!]
that should sort it!

Im not 100% sure about this but may i suggest you change the CMOS battery on the Motherboard, there is a chance that it is flat its a very common battery that you can purchase from your local store, but just change that and let me know what happens
