The PUK code is only available directly from your Network Provider. PUK is a personal unblocking key which is actually related to the Sim card and not the actual phone itself. Your Network provider is the only way to gain access to this information.
The good news is the Network provider will give you the PUK for free.
All you need to do is ring your provider (on another phone obviously) and once they have established that you are the owner of the phone they will give you the PUK for free and directions on how to enter it into your phone.
If it's asking for a PUK code, it means that your SIM card is blocked. When you purchase a SIM card, you'll be given two PUK codes that you need to enter in case the SIM gets blocked. You can contact your network provider if they can give it to you.
puk code, personal unlocking key. It is sim card related / specific, if
you take the sim card out from the phone, the phone will work with
another sim card.
The puk comes up when the pin code has been
entered wrong 3 times. To get the puk code for your sim card, you have
to call the service provider of that sim card. They are the only ones
who can provide you with the right puk code for that sim card.
The puk code may also have came with the documentation of the sim card, if its a prepaid card the puk code comes on the documents or on the box of the product.
if your unable to obtain the puk code, get a new sim card.
also entering the puk
code wrong too many times will eventually ruin the sim card forcing you
to buy or contact your service provider for a new sim card.
There are no puk code calculators or anything that we can do about it, you can buy premium assistance and you will get this same response. Theres no other solution.
You have to contact the phone service provider of that sim card or replace the sim card.
If you have lost your pin then you can enter the pin 3 times, util the
PUK lock appears. Then you unlock the PUK calling the phone company
that provided the SIM card inside your phone (eg Vodafone, Telecom,
Tmobile, Orange, AT&T etc.).
Calling the phone company is
the standard procedure to unlock a SIM card, however, if you do not
want to call the company you can just replace the SIM card with one
compatible with the phone, as PIN and PUK codes are related to SIM, and
not to the phone.
