SOURCE: Frigidaire FRT18HB5DW2 fridge not cooling

Sounds like an air flow problem to the lower unit. Take the sheetmetal or plastic rear cover off the freezer back wall and make sure the coils are frosted up good and even but NOT a block of ice inches thick (air needs to circulate and a blocked coil won't let air move over it efficiently). Make sure the fan is running to move the air around. In the fridge area make sure the air dampers are letting the cold air from the freezer down to the fridge compartment. Depending on what you find will determine the next steps so let us know.

Hi, Check the freezer and see if the fan motor is running. Remove the rear panel and check for a frost or ice build up inside the rear freezer panel. Please let me know what you find so I can assist you further.

Make sure everything is clean of debris and I would personally see if you could cool the area around the unit. Maybe use a fan or turn the air down in that room. Humidity and hot temps kill a unit's sealed system.

Frigidair FFU21C3AW1 cooling slowly

When it comes to freezer units, there is not much one can do on their own. You can try to move it around and clean any debris from underneath and behind it. You can see if the internal temperature matches what you have it set on, and then you'll need to contact a professional to diagnose the actual sealed system of the unit.

Frigidaire FRS6HR4HW: Refrigerator Design Flaw? It's too warm!

Your refrigerator has 2 thermostats and an electrically controlled air damper. If a technician removed the air damper and someone has not replaced the thermostat for the refrigerator side I believe you have a poor quality service tech and if your refrigerator was worked on with someone with an ounce of a brain they surely would not leave the electrically controlled damper out and would not overlook the possibility that the thermostat probe is defective. Your refrigerator would be an easy fix if the people that were working on it knew what they are doing. You have a minor problem with your refrigerator and a major problem with the technician. Frigidair HVAC not cooling; Believe its a emergency heat problem

the switch is on your thermostat - look for something that says "system" or "Em heat, heat, off, cool" switch it to "cool" and enjoy. If that doesn't work, call a HVAC service tech. You could have bigger problems than just the system switch. Good luck

Freezer works great, but refrigeration section stopped working

Check the door seals on fridge and freezer to make sure there are NO leaks.
Try manually adjusting air flap that controls air from freezer to fridge, the flap may be frozen or the actuator that controls the flap may be faulty.

Refrigerator side will not cool on Frigidair Model FRS26ZGEW3

2 things could be the problem.. 1 check to see if the fan located on the temp. setting control assembly is working. If this fan is not on the fridge will not cool. if the fan isn't working replace it and problem should be taken care of. If fan is working then your defroster is out.. You can tell if defroster is out due to the big chunk of ice in space between the fridge and freezer where the fan is also located. Parts can be purchased at an appliance parts houseand aren't that hard to install. Good Luck

Ice maker & top fan motor is not running

If the fan is not running the freezer will not be cold enough for the ice maker to run. The fan may be stuck. Or it may need to be replaced. If you can remove the ice maker and take off the back panel of the freezer. Try to spin the fan to get it going. If not you may have to replace the fan.
