When i press play it says invalid key. when i had manual i go it to play but i lost manual, any suggestion thanks.

Sometimes portable DVD players allow you to switch to a secondary TV for playback. When this happens it disables the primary screen on the portable DVD player.
Thats usually the culprit as to why that happens.
If you have that feature on your portable DVD player you should check it out.
