Question about Pool & Spa
The brush does move up and down and the tested pressure is excellent. Could it be an internal gear or other part on the inside that is broken? Model # GW9500. Never traveled to the shallow end as much as we would have liked, but based on the reviews prior to purchase we expected that - no problem, but at least it kept the deep end clean and moved around well. Pulsing sound is still as strong, so we are baffled? - Thank you

very easy. you have clog. take the brush off look where the hole is thats where the clog is. it might be in there you might have to take the housing off of the motor

if the belt is more then 6 months old or more, then the belt will have to be replaced reguardless of the way it lookes. belts can stretch over time and when you put the machine on the carpet the friction causes the brush to stop because the belt has stretched. i would try this first. hope this helps
