Question about Tablets & eReaders
Everytime I go to setting to slide the wi fi button on it slids right back to off..This is a brand new tablet, fresh out of the shrink wrap and box for christmas, I had ordered 6, had a problem with just this one. I have called and tried the website they gave me for help, sent 6 e-mails @ email@example.com"""Joke"""" they e-mailed me an instruction sheet to download utility but in step #2 where it says to download Image file this tablet is not listed. I have brought it to there attention but they still have not fixed that problem.... I bought them online in Oct. so does anyone have ideas on how I can fix this tablet??? HELP!!!
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hi I had this problem and the security system of my main computer was preventing log on to computer and I had to disable it.
To allow access I think I need to put a computer ID and MAC code into the allow system.

I have this same laptop. It is pretty simple to tear apart. Is there any specific areas you wish to access or did you want to just take it completely apart? If you are going ofr the keyboard ribbon or the touchpad ribbon, just undo the two screws out that are located behind the pivot point of the screen, then open the laptop and remove the small plate. This reveals access to two more screws (2 silver, 2 black). Remove the silver ones not the black ones. The black screws remove the lower shell assembly. Once the silver screws are removed the accessory bezel can be removed. ( the one with the power button and lights)
There are yet two more screws that lock down the keyboard. Remove them and pivot the keyboard toward the touchpad. You can now safely remove the keyboard.
