It has never worked since I got it. I messed around using other air wrenches until the warrenty was out, stupid, but I forgot it. Have had it apart, no rust. Sears man said could send it for a rebuild but would cost at least $80.

I have a bostitch n62fn finish nailer that wont fire. when i pull the trigger, air comes out of the trigger assymbly. the gun is not jammed, and is receiving correct air pressure.

this may sound stupid but are you pushing it against the wood when pulling the trigger. it has a safety switch on the front so it will not work just by pulling the trigger.

I have a RYOBI pole saw that starts fine, but there is a disconnect between engine and saw blade. The blade will not turn.

I assume you have the Ryobi powerhead with the multiple tool shaft (can use it with an edger, blower, trimmer, and pole saw) If so, does the powerhead square drive spin when you squeeze the throttle trigger? Does the chain move freely on the saw end when not connected? Is the attachment fully inserted into the powerhead shaft (small spring-loaded button should pop out of the hole when fully inserted.

How do you oil a Craftsman Air Impact Wrench Model No. 875191182?

Just put 3-5 drops of air tool oil down the air inlet coupler and then run the gun for 5 seconds. Do this everyday that you run the gun for best results.

My Dyson makes a very loud sound like it's caught something, but I can't find any blockage. It works using the wand.

If you have a clutch in your model, check to see if the brushbar turns. If it does, you probably have a bad/broken clutch spring which can not keep the three balls engaged in their holes. The clutch will need to be repaired or replaced. If the brushbar does not turn freely, your problem is the brushbar is seized on its shaft. This causes the clutch to slip and when this does, the design of the clutch make a sound like it has caught something, just like you described. To solve, remove the bottom plate and lift out the brushbar end opposite the belt. You do not have to remove the bar completely as it is a little difficult to fit the belt back on if you do. Grab the bar with one hand and the end cap with the other and pull off the end cap. You might have to rotate the cap a little to get it off. It is supposed to just slide on the shaft, so turning it either way will not hurt anything. If the shaft come out with the cap, that's okay. That means the opposite end cap slid off the shaft instead. Clean the area out on both ends and replace the caps. Reinstall the brushbar and make sure it now turns freely. Install the bottom plate, plug it in, turn it on, and enjoy the peaceful quiet sound again.

Model 734 1/2 in impact.wont blow air ,wont rotate,no tension on trigger.feel like problem may somehow be in trigger housing....

Yes, if you take it apart you'll find that the trigger isn't allowing air to pass through to the veins of the impact wrench. It's a relatively simple mechanism, where maybe something is broken inside.

If it were blowing air but the veins were stuck, I would say, lubricate it. But, if no air goes through it at all, then the trigger housing houses the problem part.

Have you tried to disassemble the air wrench?

I installed a new grease cartridge in my grease gun and grease does not come out when triggered.

If the gun was working properly before you changed the cartridge, The gun is air-locked
Two things: 1. Make sure the bottom rod is pushed in. 2. Holding the gun by the handle on the top left of the gun, below the hose there is a little metal valve. Push that vent valve down and pull the trigger repeatedly until grease starts to come out.
If that doesn't work. Remove the grease hose, hold the vent valve down, pull the trigger a few times. Then release the valve and pull the trigger until grease comes out. Replace the hose.
And if that doesn't work. Sometimes when you put in a new cartridge the metal "washer" that actually pushes the grease up the cylinder will get caught at the bottom of the new cartridge. Make sure the washer will move freely into the cartridge.
That should do it!

Miller 350p welder gives a "help 3" code.

Code help-3 Indicates that the gun trigger was pulled and held during power up. Release gun trigger and clear fault condition. Also, this display can Indicate no open circuit voltage detected when gun trigger is pulled and no arc detected within 3 seconds, this means that the trigger was held without any metal contact. The machine will shut down in order to avoit the wire to continue to run freely.

To fix:

Turn on the machine without pressing the trigger on the gun. Then increase to the max the wire speed. Then turn off the machine. Press the trigger after the machine was turn off, then without releasing the trigger, turn on the machine and release the trigger after 2 seconds. That will take care of it.
