Should be around 150-170 range, you may have blown head gasket between two cylinders, maybe bad piston rings,I had a blown head gasket between 3 and 4 cylinders, those 2 plugs were burnt. It was making a noise at 3 and 4 cylinders, the engine is a 2.4 nissan engine with carb.,had head gasket repaired, head machined and soon as it started, had to turn off, noise was still there,so we checked the cat out,and it came apart and was blocking the exhaust flow,so I removed cat and went with straight pipe from there,we have no smog test in this state, gas mileage got better and have more power.

Sounds like you may have burned up a couple of valves or you lost the piston rings

1995 chevy blazer fouling on number 2 cylinder

with this issue , fouling can mean many things, i,ll assume, & i don,t like assuing at all, ? i,ll assume you mean missfiring inderperforming two different issues, two answers, (1) missfiring ,ok change all plugs and remove and overhaul number two injector, replace it,, (2) fouling,? under performing, this can have a few causes i,ll list all, pressure loss in cylinder due to either worn piston rings or valve seatings, or head gasket,?(a) piston rings, luckily this is probably not the problem as usually all 6 cylinders would be effected, (b) valve seatings , hope its not this as it,s a major opperation involving removing the cylinder head an totally reconditoning it, all valves cleaning and reseating, replacing vavle seals , new head gasket ,inlet manifold gaket , exhaust manifold gasket, a good mechanic can get away with changing only the head gasket, but that ain.t you, unfortunatly, so hope its (a) peter.

Head gaskets

There is really no difference between a blown or cracked head gasket. In either case the gasket would have to be replaced. Generally the term "cracked" is used when referring specifically to the cylinder head/s its/them selves. If the cylinder head is cracked it is a much more expensive repair.

2004 chevy cavalier temperature gauge is all over the place, engeis not overheating, seemsto be running fine

Check your coolant level. If you have air in the lines, the times when there's no coolant in the area of the sensor will make the temp go up rapidly, then it goes back down when coolant hits it again. You need to get the air out of the system, or you WILL have larger issues at hand, like a blown head gasket, cracked head, reduced piston ring sealing, or material transfer from the pistons to the cylinder walls. One other thing that could cause this is a faulty thermostat.

My 1997 chevy cavalier wont start.its getting spark and fuel.but wont fire it has a 2.2 ecotec.

Sounds like cam belt has snapped. If it broke while starting, could be cheap fix...new belt. Worst case: cylinder head off for overhaul...bent valves / pistons replaced.
