Question about Kenmore 54501 Dehumidifier
We bought a brand new Kenmore Dehumidifier yesterday. We opened and tried it today and to our great surprise no water was collected. Our old Woods Dehumidifier collects water whenever we switch it on. I've noticed other consumers are having the same problem. What is going on? Should I take it back right away? Do you have a solution? I need it as soon as possible. Thanks
Take it back before it is too late!

Return the unit, it is obviously faulty, & Kenmore stands behind their products very well.
