I have a Kenwood ddx6019 with XM satellite radio and sirius. i want to know how do i turn on the xm so i can get live traffic update and my garmin gps unit and weather. and were to i find the mx radio id for xm. i found it for sirius

call XM and have them send re-authorization to your radio sounds like it just got shut off

In order to re-boot, you need to call the 1-800 number, give them your radio number (will be displayed on channel zero) and they will send you a "fix" code which takes 15 min and then your channels will be back again.

go to google.com and type skyfi2 xm radio manual. you will find the manual there as a .pdf file.

That will be a problem with the XM box you connected to it, call xm see if thay can help, the radio is just liike a screen for the XM nothing more the box controlls all of it.

Go to www.xmradio.com-t--Type manual in site search--Then click on XM Radio Hardware Manuals.Then select your radio from drop down choices.Next choice choose model then a PDF file will give you the manual. There are a couple of other ways to get to same place.

xm radio shuts down , then starts back up again with no intervention.

It's not in the menu selections because the Roady 2 does not have an internal FM transmitter. The Roady XT does though.
