Stuart - this sounds like an air problem - you should perform the following test. With the air nailer close to the compressor you must monitor the airpressure after the gun fires. it sounds like the air is not gettting through diapram fast enough or there is a blockage in line. Blockage in line is not suspected for the following reason . It sounds like the air hose is holding enough air to fire 2-4 nails and then you must wait for the line to fill up again and then it fires ok. The pressure regulator out to the line controls this and they do fail. try this test and report back to me - I know I can solve this for you as I have extensive background in compressor and the like.

SOURCE: nail comes out another hole

are you using the right nails and are they inserted properly if this is an angle gun? Also look for a jammed nail that might be causing this. look at the magazine bolts to make sure they are tight. You can go to for the owners manual and troubleshooting guide.

SOURCE: My finish nail guns, 16 ga won't fire.

There is a little plastic piece inside above the trigger...usually this breaks. It touches a microswitch when the cylinder is closed all the way, allowing the nail to fire.

SOURCE: paslode nail gun isnt firing every time, remove

Cant help really but I strongly advise you not to fire the machine under any circumstances without nails and a piece of wood to try it on. tremendous damage to the mechanism can result.

Why does my paslode f350S shoot one nail, but not shoot the next nail/

Had that problem on one of mine. If it is a multi degree nailer double check your degree setting. It will always shoot the first but will jam on the second.

Paslode f350s.just replaced all o rings, now when you pull the trigger air leaks out through the trigger, but only when depressed..will not fire nail.please help ..thanks bob

Simple. You have a leak you didn't have before. Either find it, or take it to someone who knows what they're doing. O-rings have a thickness, as well as a diameter. If you used generic rings, that's probably the problem. Use the repair kit by Paslode. can tell you where your nearest dealer/repairer is.

Paslode nail guns won't shoot

piston is probably jammed

This happens sometimes try holding it up against a board with the trigger depressed and then inset the battery.

The goal is to try to force the firing sequence to get the piston back to the right position with corded units this is simply done by attaching the air hose with the trigger pulled this causes air to rush into the gun chamber pushing the piston back and firing a nail out.

The cause of this is a misfire or jammed nail that stopped the piston in the wrong location so air will not build in the chamber correctly.

Hope that helps
