How do you fix an epson powerlite 7300 picture misalignment

The whole picture has an misalignment that creates a pink shadow on every detail on the projected screen. Trying picture adjustment doesnt work and factory reset does not work.

You have not set the port on the back of the projector settings.

Go into the projector menu and go into the IMAGE area. Somewhere in here you should be able to select computer.

SOURCE: epson powerlite s4 projector is pink

I assume this is an LCD. I don't remember the s4 being a DLP projector.

This sounds like the LCD panel used for the red color has gone out. The image is made up of red, green and blue images layered upon the screen. If the red panel has gone out then there is nothing filtering out the red light in the image. This causes a nice red hue to the whole screen.

It could be a simple open and reconnect fix. I personally have never opened a projector, so I'm not going to walk you through it as I do not know how hard it would be to tinker with. It should eb a cheap fix for a true repair man though.

SOURCE: Epson Powerlite 7300, misalignment of lenses.

By lenses I think you mean LCD panels, and yes there are glue down. there is a chance that the panel managed to unglue it self with time. another thing is you might just have a ghosting image. this indicates a bad lcd panel. What color seems to be out of alignment?
