Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Unable to log onto outlook, facebook etc

Could it be your security settings?

Open your computer's Security Centre, or in Control Panel select Windows Security Centre. You should see if your Firewall is on or not.

To bypass firewall with the programs you want, go to the log in screen, or main address of the site, copy the address (select full address and press Ctrl + C)

Now From Tools menu, Select Internet Options.

Select Security tab.

click on Trusted Sites, then Sites

Now paste the address of the site you copied into the "add a website to the zone" section.

and click "Add" to make it appear in the window below.

Now you should have access to all pages within this site.

SOURCE: My mac will not let me log on!

Step 1: Start up from a Mac OS X Install CD. macosx-dvd.pngThis hardest part of this technique may be laying your hands on a Mac OS X Install CD when you need one. Use a version that is close the the version of Mac OS X you have installed.
Hold the C key as the computer starts to boot from the CD.
When the installer starts, choose your language, and you'll proceed to the welcome dialog.
Step 2: Choose Reset Password from the Utilities menu. resetpw-utilitymenu.jpg Tip: In previous versions of Mac OS X (10.2 and 10.3), you can find the Resent Password option under the Installer menu instead.
Step 3: Select your Mac OS X hard disk volume. resetpw-reset.jpg Select the user name of your original administrator account.
Important: Do not select "System Administrator (root)". This is actually a reference to the root user. Do not confuse it with a normal administrator account.
Enter your new password. Click Save.

forcing Hotmail to display the Login fields for username and password. If you want to use the same web browser, the easiest is to delete the cache Then make sure that you don't use the "remember" feature the next time you sign in and always sign out once your work is over.

I purchased a new computer and have not accessed my alternate email account for several months. When I enter the email address it doesn't show up. How do I find it.

Clear your Web browser's cookies and then restart your browser.
Enter your Web browser's "Options" utility and delete all cookies, then restart your browser, then try to load Hotmail again.
Cookies are files that store information on your computer.
Your Web browser constantly refers to the information as it loads websites.
If an error has been stored in a cookie, it is possible that this could prevent you from being able to log into Hotmail.
Go directly to the Windows Live website.
Though Hotmail addresses and the service itself still exists, Hotmail has existed under the "Windows Live" banner of products since 2007 with the release of Windows Vista.
If you're attempting to load Hotmail through Hotmail.com, your browser may be having a hard time redirecting you to the new site.
Go to the Windows Live website (see Below) directly and try to log in there.
http://login.live.com/

Type your user name correctly. To log into your Hotmail account you are going to need to type your full user name followed by "@hotmail.com" into the "Windows Live ID" box on the site.
If you leave out the "@hotmail.com" part of your email address, Windows Live will be unable to log you into your Windows Live inbox.
Type your password correctly.
Hotmail account passwords are case sensitive, which means that capital letters are considered different from lowercase letters.
Make sure all letters that should be capitalized in your password are (and those that shouldn't be capitalized aren't), and then click "Sign In" to try to access your Hotmail account again.

Why cant I get into Hotmail?????????

Hotmail Won't Load
Hotmail is a free email service provider operated by Microsoft.
Though Hotmail has existed since the early 1990s, changes made to the service may be preventing Hotmail from loading correctly on your computer.
Clear your Web browser's cookies and then restart your browser.
Enter your Web browser's "Options" utility and delete all cookies, then restart your browser, then try to load Hotmail again.

also
Check you username and password.
Hotmail passwords are case sensitive, so something as simple as having your caps lock on can keep you from accessing your account.
Double check to be sure you are typing both your username and password exactly how you created them.
Reset your password.
If you haven't logged into your Hotmail in some time and suspect you might be using the wrong password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Hotmail log-in page.
On the next screen, follow the prompts to enter your email address and the given security verification code.
Click "continue" and on the next screen, select the option that allows you to answer your pre-set security question.
This is a question you supplied when you set up your Hotmail account.
After correctly answering the question, you will be prompted to reset your password.
Clear your browser history and temporary Internet folders if you are continually getting a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message when you log in.
The exact procedure for doing this depends on your operating system and browser.
If you continue to get see this message, it could indicate a problem with the Hotmail server.
Check the status of the network on a site like Down Right Now that reports server problems on popular sites.
Submit a support request on the Windows Live page.
On the Windows Live site, select "Hotmail" under "Standard Services."
A search screen will open that will allow you to check out a variety of Hotmail related support topics.
At the bottom of that screen, choose "get more help" and then "support."
A support form will open for you to complete and submit to the Hotmail team.
You will receive an answer within 24 hours.
Note that you will need a second email account that you can access so that the Hotmail support staff can send you your answer.

I can log onto windows live messanger sites but cannot acceass my hotmail account. Have tried everything it just attempts and eventually errors out. Down for more than 24 hrs now.

First, make sure that you are typing to correct user name and password. Bear in mind that password is a case sensitive. If the same problem occur, try different computer and access your Hotmail account.

The last option that you have is to contact the support for Hotmail and request to reset your e-mail password. That should work.

Thank you and good luck!
