Status says full but nothing is stored

I went to load songs and it said device was full. When I plug into computer there is nothing stored. New battery, I can read the menu on the screen, nav to "about" and it says 100% I don't get how it's full. What does all this mean?

Go into File Browse mode - "Bro" - and see if there are files hidden in that section - delete them as needed.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Deleted songs

Look in the music folder (top left of the main itunes page). You should see all of your songs there. If they are there, then plug in your ipod, click on the name of your ipod (left hand ide of the screen) and check the box on the main screen that says (manually manage music). Then go back to the main music folder again, and select all of the songs, (you can do this by clicking on the first ong in the list, hold down the shift key and then click on the last song in the list), then drag and drop all of the songs onto your ipod in the list at the left.
