Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Chords needed for elmo 400af

You are a teacher, and you don't know the difference between a chord and a cord ? Amazing. I think anyway you mean a lead - the one you require has a plug on one end to fit the projector, and a plug on the other to fit the camera. Look in the respective manuals.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

I think you mean you have an SD Card or Memory card from your camera which will fit into the memory card / SD card slot on your computer. You want to know how to get your photo's from the card onto your computer.

Place the card into the slot on your computer.

Go to "My computer" (Start> My computer)
Click on My computer and it should show all the "slots" as different drives.
Once you have placed the card into one slot you should "see" it on one of the drives.

Alternatively, see if you have a shortcut icon called "button monitor" - it should be next to or near the clock at the bottom of your screen. If you have this, then clicking on it should show your card as well.

Once you have found the right drive right click on it and choose "open"
You may have to choose which program to open it with, any photo program will work (windows picture viewer etc).

Once you have your pictures showing you can save them to your computer.

Hope that helps.

I need to know if the USB fits into the computer and the end that fits into the camera is a 4 pin or 6 pin firewire possibly? The pins could have been bent so slightly that it won't make a connection. They can be so frustrating so take your time and carefully make sure it goes in the right way. Hope this is helpfull.

On my computer Xbox I have to have a driver for the camera installed on the computer. Without installing the driver the computer does not compute the new hardware. If you don't have a driver which comes with the camera. Try to browse the internet for a driver to fit your individual camera, or installs a wizzard to download pictures from your camera. Once the driver is installed when you plug in your camera to the USB the wizzard should prompt you what you want to do with your pictures. Both of the computers I have have to have a driver or program loaded to the computer before it will let me download from the digital camera?? Other than that, Don't know.

I can't seem to send images from my camera via cable or infrared

Simply get a cable that fits. The camera cable should be a standard USB A for the Computer- assuming the computer has USB or is it Sony and fitted with Fire-wire in which you will need an adaptor Fire-wire to USB
