Question about Xerox Phaser 7750DN Laser Printer
Let me explain my entire scenario.... My printer stopped working because it said on my LCD screen.... (ATC Cyan sensor..error code 14) I recently searched and found the service manual for my xerox 7750DN printer and it says to access the "Service Diagnostics" mode which I did and reset the error code. This allowed me to once again be able print with the printer but my Cyan is still messed up. The manual says to change the Engine Control Board or....change the Engine Control Board and the developer housing unit. I've changed the engine control board (at a very high cost...arrrgggg) and the cyan is still printing blotchy/messed up.
Yes you can "recharge" the developer. It involves removing the cyan developer assembly and replacing the cyan developer powder.
